I believe it is not recognised as Windows Precision Touchpad, because the only option the Windows 10 Touchpad config dialog offers is a sensitivity drop down list. Cameron, thanks for this.

I also have trouble with my Tracpkoint UltraNav would like to replace it with something better. I installed the driver for Win7x64 n10gx25w and it seemed to work fine.

Lenovo tried to repair it three times without success, then gave me a full refund under warranty. Nothing works when is disappears. I had a few problems with drivers at first but the one you linked to above finally get everything working for me.
Synaptics is much better.
